How do I find out if I qualify
to be a Chilldisc/Chillwell Certified Installer?
In order to become a certified installer of Chilldisc products, companies
with a proven track record in HVAC/R,
carpentry, restaurant equipment and supply, plumbing, or that have serviced
the beverage and bar industry, must send designated representatives to
a two day certification training program, conducted monthly at Chilldisc
headquarters in Westminster,
MD. To register to become a Certified Installer, please
complete the Installer Registration form and a Chilldisc representative will be in
touch quickly.
Are Certified Installer exclusive
in their designated area?
That will depend on the volume of installations in your area
and the ability of companies to fulfill requests. Please be assured,
however, that Chill
Ventures will make every attempt to keep revenue opportunities high
based upon demand in your local area.
Do we have to send some minimum
number of representatives for training?
No, not necessarily. A single person who is certified to install
the Chilldisc line of products will be asked to be the point person
responsible for all Chilldisc installations. Som if you are in
an area with high demand
for the product it might make sense to send more than one representative
to the training. We are going to expect a high level of quality
on installation and maintenance and will monitor customer satisfaction
carefully.
What type of experience do we need to be considered as
a Certified Installer?
If
your company has a background and track record in the HVAC/R, carpentry,
restaurant equipment and supply, plumbing business, or has serviced
the beverage and bar industry, you may be a great candidate as a Certified
Installer. If your company has a strong financial track record and
a
history for great customer service, that will also be a plus for
your organization.
